The Knowledge Exchange is Armstrong’s online learning system which allows the user to view a power point presentation complete with a video of the presenter. The user may choose from a wide range of subjects. Each presentation is generic in nature, and ranges in subject from the expected pumps, heat exchangers, hydronics through control strategies. At the end of each presentation there is a quiz. The results of the quiz will be emailed to the user. The Knowledge Exchange is free of charge. As The Knowledge Exchange has been recognized as an educational platform, professional development hours can be earned.
